She holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) in Clinical Practice and Leadership from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is currently licensed as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee with experience in clinical counseling in a higher education environment. She has almost 20 years combined as an educator and clinical practitioner with practice experience including specialties of clinical licensure, understanding the DSM and its application in clinical practice, anxiety, and depression with an emphasis on adjustment to college, healthy relationships, diversity focusing on microaggression on PWIs and developing mental health outreach programming dismantling the stigma of mental health.

Dr. Webster-Hill also has almost fifteen years of being a licensed clinical supervisor and providing licensure examination preparation with over a 95% success rate of passage of various exams for social workers and professional counselors. Dr. Webster-Hill brings the art of storytelling and utilizing one’s personal narrative to dialog with difficult conversations surrounding the social work role in acknowledging, understanding and actively engaging in ways to confront societal inequities.
